Aging Life Care Professional | Care Manager
As a Care Manager you will provide a comprehensive assessment for each client and design an individualized care plan to meet that client’s needs. You will meet with the client regularly according to their needs and modify the plan as things change. Focusing on the client’s goals, you will coordinate services and medical care while advocating for the client so they may maintain their autonomy while you build a safety net. Because every client is unique, there is no end to the challenges and rewards of this position.

Creative Engagement Specialist
As a Creative Engagement Specialist you have the opportunity to bring joy to our clients. While playing a detective, you get to uncover what sparks an interest and then engage the client in activities that are meaningful to them. This may include outings to museums or cultural events, shopping or lunch with an outdoor walk, expressive arts or journaling a life review. The possibilities are endless and unique to each client. This is a very special program and incredibly rewarding to truly make a positive difference in the quality of life at this stage in life.

Personal Assistant
As a Personal Assistant, your role will support the Care Managers and the Thoughtful Engagement Specialists. You might be called upon to provide companionship or run errands for the clients, shop and prepare healthy meals, provide transportation to appointments or assist the Thoughtful Engagement Specialist with an outing or activities. If you enjoy some administrative office work, there is always a small job to do! This position offers a significant opportunity for growth for a successful career in elder care. We love to mentor and guide individuals who share our values in this rewarding industry.
